Ronald D Hulburt Sr Obituary

His Legacy.... Hulburt, Ronald D. Sr., age 82 for 
Brooklyn, passed away March 28, 2015, at home under the 
loving care of his family and Hospice. Ron was born on 
July 27, 1932 in Leslie, MI to Harry and Pearl (King) 
Hulburt. He served his country in the United States Air 
Force, during the Korean Conflict. On February 4, 1956 he 
married Barbara Adams and she survives. He enjoyed working 
and keeping busy, his last employment was with Greenbrier 
Golf Course for the last ten years. His member ships 
included the Adrian VFW and the Irish hills Eagles Aries 
#3689 for the past 32 years. Ron was an avid golfer and 
sportsmen, you could find him driving his boat around the 
lake or traveling to a casino to play a hand of cards. But 
mostly he loved his family especially his grandchildren 
and great grandchildren.

His Family.... He will be missed by wife of 59 years 
Barbara, one daughter Sandra (Ronald) Ebersole of 
Napoleon, and three sons Ronald Hulburt Jr. of Glenwood, 
AR, Danny Hulburt of Napoleon, MI, and Roger (Cathy) 
Hulburt of Brooklyn, MI, one sister June Saunders of 
Jackson MI, one brother Richard Hulburt of Jackson MI, 10 
grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. He was preceded 
in death by his parents, and one brother Robert Hulburt.

His Farewell... Ron's family and friends will gather 
Monday March 30, 2015 at Borek Jennings Funeral Home from 
2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Aries #3689 will honor him at 7 pm. 
We will also gather on Tuesday from 10 am until his 
Community Farewell at 11 a.m., with Reverend Milan Maybee 
officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Cemetery.
